What is Earthstar Bank?

Earthstar Bank is a community based Internet bank located in the Philadelphia region of Pennsylvania. We are a full service, FDIC insured, state-chartered commercial bank. Our mission is to provide traditional, highly personalized community banking services with modern Internet and telephone service delivery to consumers and businesses alike.

How can I open an account?

In person...
Our staff is available 6 days a week to help you with your banking needs. To open an account, you can come to one of our branchs and speak with an Earthstar Bank represenative.

By phone/mail...
You can also call any of our locations to speak with an Earthstar Bank representative. We can take your information over the phone, send you the information and appropriate papers to sign, and then you send us your check to be deposited.

Over the Internet...
Visit our web site at www.earthstarbank.com. Find the account you want to open and click on the "open an account" button. There you will find instructions guiding you through the process of opening an Earthstar Bank account.

How can I make deposits?

In person...
Make your deposits at any of our branch locations You can also make deposits through any ATM machine throughout the region.

By mail...
Mail your deposits directly to any of our Earthstar Bank locations. We provide self-addressed envelopes when you open an account.

Electronically...
Sign up for direct payroll deposit through your employer. Your employer's bank will electronically send the money to us and it will be automatically deposited in your account. Please call for wiring instructions.

Where can I get cash?

You can get cash at any ATM machine, and any supermarket throughout the region by using your ATM card or check card. Or, you can go to one of our branches to cash a check or withdraw money from your account.

Can I still write checks?

Yes, and Earthstar Bank will provide your first order of 150 checks for free.

Can I pay bills on-line?

Yes. Our free bill payment is part of the earthstarbank.com Internet banking system.

When is the bank open?

Our web and telephone banking are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
